Today we have an estate coming in from Rancho Bernardo. Highlights include an outstanding Danish modern teak sideboard in China cabinet, a teak storage trunk, decorator items, some of the best and cleanest kitchen items we've seen this year, and generally nice things all around.
Boxes will be opened in the front room starting at 2 PM

Estates Arriving Daily @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,

Get ready for non-stop estate arrivals over the next two weeks at Estate Sale Warehouse. Box openings in the front room at 2:00pm all week both weeks. We plan on posting photos and highlights as we move these estates in, so continue to stay tuned.

Monday: We have two estates coming in, one from Seal Beach, the other from Oceanside. The Seal Beach estate has high quality Mid-Century Danish teak furniture including at outstanding free standing wall unit and a pair of sofas with original orange fabric. Arrival time and box opening at 2:00pm.

The Danish furniture will be priced at 3:00pm sharp and subject to our impromptu auction format.

Tuesday: an estate from Rancho Bernardo with nice things

Wednesday: Two estates, one from Del Cerro the other from Carlsbad. These include antiques and Spanish Colonel style items and furniture.

Thursday: an estate from La Costa that includes some really neat items.

The following week will include estates from Escondido, Rancho Penasquitos, La Jolla, then Rancho Bernardo.

Hi folks,
All ready in the store today is the estate we picked up yesterday from Rancho Bernardo. This is state was a nice sized estate with lots of vintage mahogany furniture and great traditional high-quality pieces. The family had packed up all of the smalls in boxes prior to us bidding on the estate. We will be unpacking them in the front room today starting at 2 pm. so needless to say the box contents will be a surprise even to us.
Also today we have an estate coming in from Rancho Santa Fe. This will arrive today around 1 PM. From what Rick tells me it is high line ultra modern style. Look for another email today with some highlight photos.

Hi folks,
Here are a few photos for a sneak preview of today's estate arrival at estate sale warehouse. It's coming in from Lake San Marco's and loaded with nice Asian items including several pieces of quality cloisonné, fine furniture made by Century, costume jewelry, art work, collectibles, glassware, and more.
We hope to be unloading at the store at around 1:30 PM today and boxes at around 2:30 PM today hope to see you soon at estate sale warehouse.

Hi Folks,
We have a lots happening over the next two weeks at Estate Sale Warehouse with new estates arriving daily.
Thursday we have estate coming in from La Jolla with highlights that include antique in vintage furniture, vintage 1950s to 70s toys, a few Asian items, as well as a large collection of 1940s and 50s pottery, glass and collectibles. Boxes opened in the front room at 2:00pm
Friday we have an estate coming in from Lake San Marcos. Highlights of this estate include collected treasures from all around the world, Asian items, cloisonné, and just all-around nice things. Boxes will be opened in the front room at 2:30pm
Next week we have four more estates scheduled to arrive from Carlsbad, Lake San Marcos, Rancho Bernardo, and La Jolla. At this point we are planning to be opening boxes Tuesday thru Friday next week starting at around 2 PM

Hi folks,

With Christmas just around the corner, we have a busy week this week with four states plan to arrive this week at a Estate Sale Warehouse. Today, Monday, we have a Mid Century estate from Carmel Valley. Highlights include 1960s Danish made furniture, accessories, art work, and more. Tomorrow, Tuesday, we have an estate coming in from Rancho Bernardo. Highlights include fine furniture made by Drexel Heritage and a nice selection of smalls with a few pieces of costume jewelry. Wednesday we have a truly unique and estate coming in from La Jolla. The gentleman was a contemporary toy collector and had several odd items. Highlights include over a dozen remote control cars and boats, train accessories, contemporary furniture, and more. You are sure to find a last minute gift for some one who has everything. Thursday we have an estate coming in from Sam Marcos this one has lots of nice contemporary decorator furniture accessories and more.

We will be working hard bringing in new things all week and remember we're closing December 25 through January 1 in appreciation of our outstanding staff.

Hi Folks,
Wanted to let you know that Mount Helix estate that was scheduled for Thursday will arrive Wednesday this week. This is state has some truly unique antique items including one of the most spectacular Victorian bed and dresser set we've seen in our 17 year history. There is a large Chinese carved dining room set, an antique haberdashery, a small collection of quality smalls, and some really nice unique items. We should be at the store unloading by around 2 PM Wednesday the 13th December. Time willing, we may also be posting a video of the highlights tomorrow.

Hi Folks,

If you have been to Estate Sale Warehouse over the past month you know we have been busy, busy, busy. This week is no exception. We have at least four new estates, three from Rancho Bernard and one from La Jolla, scheduled to arrive this week and already two planned for next week. Highlights this week will include several antique furniture pieces, a vintage 1940’s mahogany dining room, sterling silver (Wednesday) including Kirk Repousse, 1950’s Paul McCobb furniture (Tuesday), a large set of aviation company metal shelving, and much too much to list.

Boxes should be unpacked in the front room between 1:30 to 2:30 each day this week. Please feel free to call or stop by for a more exact boxes schedule.

This week November 7 through the 15th, 2011 we have a busy schedule planned at the Estate Sale Warehouse. Starting Monday the 7th we have an exceptional collector's estate from Bankers Hill arriving In the afternoon. Highlights include antiques and collectibles, Asian items, textiles, art work,. 1950s TV lamps, pottery, decorator items, vintage curio cabinets, 1950s sofa and chair set, 1920's Spanish Revival dining room suite, vintage kitchenware, and lots lots more. Most of the furniture and larger decorator items will be arriving in the store Monday afternoon. Smalls will be unpacked in the front room starting at 12 noon Tuesday.

We also have another fine estate from Rancho Bernardo scheduled to come in sometime this week.

We have a jammed pack schedule of estate arrivals this week at Estate Sale Warehouse. We had and very nice estate full of antiques come in Monday from Rancho Bernardo.

We have another estate from Rancho Bernardo coming in Tuesday with smalls being unpacked in the front room at 2:00pm.

There is be fine jewelry from Tiffany and Helzberg Diamonds including at beautiful 2.20 carat Princess Cut Diamond ring.

Wednesday through Friday we will be bringing a good estate from Carlsbad with lots of great useable things people need. Bose electronics, flat panel TVs, tools, DVD, leather furniture, men’s leather motorcycle jackets and more.

Hi Folks,

We have an outstanding estate from Del Mar coming in Monday this week. The home is right out of San Diego Home & Garden. The furnishing are classic beach home furnishings along with a large selection of high-end traditional furniture. Highlights include designer furniture, a down filled sectional sofa, a Crate & Barrel kitchen set, a like new Henredon dining table and 8 chairs, leather furniture including a Ralph Lauren leather sofa, “beachy” decorator items, several Crate & Barrel bedroom pieces, a fine designer queen size Canopy Bed, and lots more.

We will also be opening some better boxes from estates we picked up last week but were unable to get to then. Box opening @ 2:00pm.

Yesterday and today, Tuesday, we have been bringing in two fresh estates from both Rancho Bernardo and Oceanside. Both have some real unique items including several designer pieces by Maitland-Smith, an antique oak store cabinet similar to an
apothecary cabinet or bean counter cabinet, an very early 19th Century or possibly 18th Century chest of drawers, a nicely carved dark oak secretary desk, a large mahogany china cabinet, a large round wool rug, some very nice upholstery items, and lots more.
A handful of boxes with nice smalls will be opened in the front room today at 2:30pm.

Some of the highlights include a Kreiss game table and 4 chairs, a pair of Kreiss occasional chairs, a Kreiss coffee table, a set of 4 red leather bar stools, a beautiful round dining table with 6 hi-back leather chairs, another set of leather barstools, vintage 1940’s mahogany furniture, a antique oak and glass bookcase, a large console table, a near new weight system, a Schwinn exercise bike, and lots more. Two Estates arrive Tuesday @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi Folks,

Tomorrow, Tuesday, we will be bringing in the third and final shipment from Rancho Santa Fe. We will have all of the furniture and most of the decorator items out when we open at 10:00am. Highlights from this third shipment include a pair of hard to find twin size Murphy Beds (these attach easily to the walls and not the floor), a huge Chinese Modern 1” thick glass coffee table, more indoor plants, and more contemporary furnishings.

The second estate tomorrow, this one from Carlsbad, will come in later in the day probably around 3:00pm. This one has some nice solid mahogany bedroom furniture, a spinet piano, a dolphin garden fountain, a 1930’s French Style loveseat, and lots more. The house is full and it is all coming in.

Boxes opening Wednesday in the front room starting at 10:30am. Also on Wednesday we have a super Henredon dining room suite coming in.

Thursday we have a collectors estate coming is. This one should have some unique items and lot’s of Mid-Century things. The mosaic “Discography Table” shown is coming with this one. Boxes also on Thursday starting at around 2:00pm.

If you have been in lately you will see we have weeks of boxes to unpack and I will be unpacking them every chance I get.

Hi Folks,

We are bringing in the first of the large pieces from the Rancho Santa Fe estate today. Highlights include a white lacquered Baby Grand Piano, a framed old Japanese Kimono Robe, a super 70’s vintage molded plastic lighted Vanity Mirror with Lucite bench, a Lucite teacart, and more.

Also, yesterday we picked up a whole estate from the Clairemont area. It included a few vintage pieces, lots of functional furniture, a wild 1950’s Iron Teacart, and loads of unopened surprise boxes.

Rancho Santa Fe Estate arrival begins tomorrow.......

Hi Folks,

Wednesday we will be bringing in the first delivery from a Ranch Santa Fe estate. The items will all be from the outdoors and patio of this home. There are two trailers full of some great plants and planters. The vessels include several Architectural Pottery “Flat Tire” planters and several modern design low profile saucer pots by Gainey along with some very healthy and hard to find plants. These are great if you like high design or are decking out a Mid-Century Modern style home. We plan on unloading these items at 12:30 sharp if you want to first look at them.

The inside furniture and decorative items from this estate will start to arrive on Friday of this week and continue in the early part of next week. Highlights of this estate include several vintage Lucite furniture pieces, a Mid Century dining room set, vintage 70’s modern bedroom pieces, Chinese modern, and antique Japanese Robe framed in a Lucite box, a pair of twin Murphy Beds, a white lacquer Baby Grand Piano, and some great decorative and decorator items.

Also Wednesday will continue unpacking boxes from the La Jolla estate starting at about 1:00pm.

We will be unpacking the smalls from the La Jolla estate tomorrow, Tuesday, starting at about 11:30am in the front room at Estate Sale Warehouse. There will be a very nice selection of smalls including Asian items, lots of vintage Studio Pottery, silver, Waterford, old books, original artwork, Japanese wood block prints, some vintage clothing and fine clothing including furs, also some plants, cacti, and plain nice and unusual stuff.

The furniture from this estate that came in today and is out on the floor includes fine traditional pieces made by Kittinger and Henredon.

We have estate scheduled for arrivals all the way through a week from this coming Friday. Some of those highlights include some outstanding garden plants and pots designed by Architectural Pottery and Gainey, vintage Lucite, and lots more.

Hi Folks,
Tomorrow, Friday the 20th of May, will will be picking up and unpacking in the front room 30-40 boxes of smalls. The owner started collecting nearly 40 years ago. Her primary focus was European figurines though from what I can tell from the 3 boxes the collection is broader than that. We have no idea what is to be found but it will all be unpacked and price tomorrow in the front room. Impromtu auctions may occur as usual. From what we have been told there will be a collection of dog figurines, Hummels, Herend, 800 silver, and more.
We have been bringing in estates daily for the past 2 week so now is a good time to shop at Estate Sale Warehouse.
Next week we have a very nice estate coming in on Monday from La Jolla. Lots of high quailty and unique vintage items, antiques, and more.

As of now we have three estates scheduled to arrive this week @ Estate Sale Warehouse. Also we I will be sending out a special email on Tuesday or Wednesday to invite you to a special preview at an on-estate sale we are working on with a friend of ours. This estate is a multi-million dollar Carmel Valley home with some truly unique, quality, and high end times. This special preview will be held on Monday the 16^th on May from 10:00am to 1:00pm. You will be able to shop before the general public. Please look for it.

Here is what’s on tap this week at Estate Sale Warehouse.

Monday: We have a sizeable estate from Fallbrook coming in. Highlights include nice furniture pieces and lots and lots of garden items. Boxes should be opened in the front room at about 2:30om

Tuesday: We have an estate coming in from Escondido. Highlights include several Danish Teak furniture pieces, 1950’s modern bedroom furniture, a Danish teak king-size platform bed with attached night stands, a couple of antique marble top dressers, a vintage 70’s patio set, and more.

Hi Folks,

We have a steady schedule this week @ Estate Sale Warehouse with estate arrivals planned for each day of the week except Saturday. We will be closed Easter Sunday.

Monday: The arrivals started yesterday with an estate from San Diego that had small selection of vintage furniture pieces which included some Paul McCobb 50’s modern furniture, a vintage Danish rocker, a vintage teak dining table, a hard to find Architect’s flat file, and various other pieces of furniture.

Tuesday: Today we have an estate from Rancho Bernardo. This is a full truck and trailer full of fine quality furniture. Highlights include a solid cherry Bookcase Secretary made by Henredon, a pair of Baker end tables, a set of 6 Chippendale style chairs, a French style arm chair signed by Baker, a vintage tall case Grandfather clock, a couple nice rugs, vintage furniture, and several Asian style accent furniture pieces.

Wednesday: We have an estate coming in from Ranch Santa Fe. This 4,000 square foot home has some great furniture and decorator pieces. Highlights include Teak patio furniture from Cassidy West, an Ethan Allen wicker dinette set, several large mirrors, a ½ round Hunt Desk from the 1930’s, furniture made by Kreiss, and lots lots more.

Thursday and Friday: This is a nice quality estate from Carlsday that was packed into storage be the trustee. This estate looks like a nice one on the surface. We will be unpacking smalls (if any) from this estate starting at 1:30pm on Thursday and continue Friday if need be.

Hi Folks,

I felt like I was on an episode of Storage Wars today only with out all of the crowds and nothing but finer items.

Our scheduled estate in Rancho Bernardo was cancelled today due to termite tenting and it was moved to tomorrow.

We replaced today’s pick up at a storage facility that was scheduled for tomorrow. Following me?

Anyway, today pick up is worth the trip down to Estate Sale Warehouse. We worked with the heirs of this estate about 4-5 years ago and purchased the balance of the items left in their parent’s home. At that time they stored all of the better items. Today they asked that we purchase and remove all of those better items. Nice things. Highlights include fine quality 1930’s

Bedroom furniture, 1930’s Dining room furniture, 1930’s living room furniture, a needle point Fire Place Screen, a vintage hatrack, nice mantle clock with Westminster chime, Royal Copenhagen, Royal Doulton, and Lladro figurines, some artwork, some Asian items, and other nice smalls yet to be seen.

This Weeks Preview for Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi Folks,

This week will be a busy week at Estate Sale Warehouse. We have arrivals or estates scheduled for everyday this week with a wide variety of great stuff coming in. Everything from antiques, vintage, high quality newer name brand furniture and even a 2005 Toyota PreRunner 4-Door Crew Cab Truck. Below is a brief list of the daily highlights and happenings.

Monday: We are bringing in the second half of an estate from Laguna Hills. We brought the first half in two weeks ago. This estate is all newer model home style furniture and includes a master bedroom suite, a girl’s bedroom set, and a nice patio set with table, chairs, and chaise lounge. More furniture too!!

Tuesday: We have two smaller estates coming in. The first is from San Diego metro and is the contents of a 1 bedroom condo with a near new California Contemporary bedroom set, a near new leather sofa, dinette, misc, and the 2005 Toyota Prerunner. The second estate coming in Tuesday has a unique 70’s era modern Dining Set and some nice pieces of Ethan Allen furniture.

Wednesday: We have an estate from Santa Luz coming in that has an exceptional round English Mahogany Dining room table and 10 chairs (shown). This dining table is quite unusual in that the leafs are circular and expand the table to nearly 8 feet in diameter. They come is a fitted box for storage. Also in this estate is a beautiful antique Victorian sewing cabinet (also shown) along with other finer quality furniture items made by Henredon, several paintings and more.

Thursday: We have a Rancho Bernardo estate coming in. This one has many smalls and expect boxes to be opened on this day. Highlights in the smalls include Lladro, Hummels, some Waterford, and more.

Friday: We have 40 boxes coming out of storage from an estate we worked with 4 years ago. Back then family kept and stored the better items and sold us the balance. They are now ready to let the finer items go. I do know there very nice items including many Royal Copenhagen figurines. Most of these boxes with probably be opened the following week.

Anyday we could be opening boxes in the front room. Most likely it will be Tuesday and Thursday. Stop on by @ Estate Sale Warehouse.

Hi Folks,

More estates will be arriving at Estate Sale Warehouse this week and next. Check out the Sputnik chandilier and ultramodern wallunit coming in today around 2:00pm. Both were purchased back in Chicago and would look great in any vintage setting.

Yesterday with had 2 truck and trailers come in with nice clean furniture. Today we also have a small estate with a few smalls including several Royal Doulton figurines and more.

We have busy week planned this week at Estate Sale Warehouse with four new estates already scheduled to arrive. Below is daily schedule with highlights.
Monday we brought in 2 truck and trailers full from 2 million dollar custom home Poway estate. Mostly furniture, highlights include a pair of like new Restoration Hardware patio love seats, a Restoration Hardware chaise lounge and 2 side tables, a beautiful leather 3 seat theatre seating group, a Pennsylvania House cherry wood chest on chest, Pennsylvania House bedroom and dining room furniture, a late model front load washer/dryer set, and over 250 recent edition hard back novels (all priced at just $2.00 each).
Tuesday we have a nice estate coming in from Rancho Bernardo with highlights that include over 25 Lladro figurines, sterling silver flatware, Waterford Crystal, a box collection, Royal Doulton china service, 2 Baker etageres, a full length Mink Coat, and some costume jewelry, and a few pieces of Mid-Century furniture by Conant Ball.
Wednesday we have an estate coming in from La Mesa with highlights that include Hummels, Nixon memorabilia from the 1960's, furniture and more. This one I have not seen as this is Rick's purchase. It will be a surprise to me as well.
Thursday we have an estate coming in form Leucadia with highlights that include an antique oak table and six chairs, French Provincial style bedroom furniture with a lingerie chest, a pair of cement garden lions, an ultra modern black and glass wall unit, smalls and misc.

I wanted to let you all know about a very special estate sale and preview happening this week. Many of you knew one of our long time customers Gloria Winters. Gloria played Penny on the hit TV show Sky King back in the late 1950’s and early 60’s. Sadly, she passed away last year. A good friend of ours Kay Chambers of Chambers Estate Services has been hired to do an on-site estate sale at Gloria’s home in Vista. Kay has asked us to invite any of our interested customers to her sale and preview. At the preview sale you will be able to shop before the sale is open to the public. Gloria had great taste and never left the Estate Sale Warehouse with-out her arms full of pretty things. Her home is packed with her collections and there is some nice old Hollywood memorabilia.

Tuesday February 7^th we have the personal property estate of a 95 year old former executive with NBC. The partial contents from his 1956 Sherman Oaks home includes; Danish modern, rosewood, 2 Charles Eames lounge chairs, vintage Hollywood style cabinets and chairs, vintage modern sofa and loveseat, leather decorator trunk, 2 revolving rosewood bookcases and many more interesting things. It includes 35 unopened moving boxes from storage. The box contents will also be a surprise to us. We hope to arrive at the store to unload around 1:00pm. Boxes with be opened starting at 2:00pm.

Newport Beach Estate Update

We will be beginning to unload a super nice estate from Newport Beach at 4 pm today, though 80% of it will be unloaded into the store tomorrow morning, Wednesday. The better boxes of smalls will be unpacked in the front room at 12 noon.
This estate is and was worth waiting for. Last year we went to inspect this Newport Beach consignment project. After an offer to purchase the estate outright and patient waiting we began the job of clearing it out today.
Highlights include several 1920's French furniture pieces, 4 fine quality room size rugs including 2 made by Nichols, perfume bottles, 2 corner curio cabinets, a figural Seth Thomas clock, Dresden, a 1920's screen, a pair of cranberry glass , mantle lustres, an Art Nouveu mirror, lots of great qualities smalls.

There will be china, glass, linens, some costume jewelry, and more. We are hoping to have box opening starting at about 12:00 noon.

We have been picking up estates all week and have two more scheduled for Thursday and Friday arrivals. The Monday and Tuesday pick-ups included a pair of Italian Provincial style night stands by Karges, a rattan living and dining set, and some ultra modern furniture pieces that are near new. Thursday and Friday we will have some very nice high furniture items made by Century and decorator items to go with.

Highlights include a Stickely Traditional style entry table, a like new comtemporary style brown leather loveseat and ottoman, an LG stainless steel frezzer on the bottom refrig, a large home office set, a stainless BBQ, patio furniture by Mallin, a couple of antique oak bedroom pieces, a large curio cabinet, a Delta band saw, decorator items, and more. Burbank Estate UPDATE

Hi Folks,

A few you may have already heard about the estate we purchased this week in Burbank. Please know that while we spent literally all day packing it up and moving it today,

the arrival of estate to our store will be on Monday, the 25^th of October. A few things will be brought in tomorrow, Friday, but 95% of it will arrive Monday starting when we open at 10am. The chandelier shown will be in tomorrow.

The owners lived the house for over 50 years and it was jam packed. Highlights include vintage furniture, antique and vintage clocks, loads of vintage 1950’s linens, some 1930’s quilts, vintage barware, Asian items, vintage clothing, costume jewelry, garden and patio items, and more.

We pick and nice estate yesterday with lots of unique items. The estate is from the La Mesa area and the owner had lived in the house for the past 48 years. Over 20 boxes of smalls!! We will be opening them today starting at 11:00am. In addition to the smalls we brought in small good furniture and artwork.

Also today we have the rest of the La Jolla estate we starting on Monday. Highlights include a 1930’s Art Deco Grand Piano, a Large Sarouk rug, a quality 60’s era French Provincial bedroom set, many pieces of Drexel Heritage and Henredon furniture, and more.

With boxes and boxes of Christmas items over taking our back rooms we have deciding to to start putting it out today. We have collect lots of unique, quality, funky and vintage Chirstmas items from the estate we purchased this year. Some of it is out now and it's just the beginning. We should be putting more out thorugh the 1st of December. Remember, there is only 106 shopping days til Chrismas.

Sorry for the late notice but we just purchased and bringing in a nice small estate today. We have not even had a chance to go through the boxes so it will be a suprise for us as well. The main theme of the home was contemporary with many mid century items. I am hoping the boxes will yeild some nice decorator items. Boxes start at 2:00pm

Here is an update on new estates, arrivals happening this week @ Estate Sale Warehouse:
Tommorrow, Thrusday we are bringing a small estate from Rancho Bernardo. Mostly everyday smalls but there are a few pieces of 1940's solid mahogany bedroom furniture.
Friday, starting at 1:00om sharp, we will be unpacking some better smalls and a 15 trays of jewelry from the La Costa estate be brought in a couple of weeks ago. The jewelry is a very nice selection and includes 14k Gold, fine designer sterling silver, some Mexican Silver, amber, a vintage pieces. We will be selling it the same we do our "better bidder boxes" so no need to be first but you should be here at 1:00pm Friday if you want to participate. We will opening one tray at a time. Each piece is marked and if there is only one person interested in a piece then it is sold as marked. If there are two or more people interested in a piece then there will be an in promt to.

We have a busy week of arrivals starting today. First off today, we will be picking up and bringing more smalls and decorator items from the $4,000,000 Penthouse we brought in last month. Also today, another small load from San Diego. Highlights include a Maitland Smith desk and some very unique decorator items. Boxes will be unpacked at 1:00pm today.

Tuesday we a unique estate from Mt. Helix. The owner was an artist. Along with some nice vintage furniture are some unusual smalls. Highlights include a 24” bronze bell from the 19^th Century. Boxes on Tuesday will hopefully be unpacked at around 2:00pm.

Wednesday is another estate with more boxes at about 1:30pm. This is Rick’s purchase and I have not yet seen this one. \

We have been busy busy busy this past month at Estate Sale Warehouse and this week is no exception. Monday we brought two trailers full. Yesterday we starting brining in the first half of a whole estate from Mission Viejo. Today another estate is coming in. Highlights today include a 19^th Century French Armoire and a nice selection of vintage Frank Lloyd Wright furniture made by Henredon and lots more.

We hope to be unpacking the better smalls in front room near 1:00pm today.

Our first arrivals, from a 4 million dollar penthouse apartment overlooking the tower in Balboa Park in San Diego, have arrived today. Super fine high end furniture with highlights that include: a Maitland Smith dining table and six chair, a three piece sitting set with ottoman by Marge Carson, a Egyptian influenced stainless steel desk, a pair of massive crystal and ormolu palace style urns, a pair of leather home theatre double seats, a massive Maitland Smith mirror, a life-size bronze cheetah and many other fine pieces. We will be bringing in the balance of items from this estate, that includes artwork - furniture - and decorator items, this coming Monday.

HUGE Ladera Ranch Estate arriving today @ Estate Sale Warehouse

It's 1:30pm Thursday and our first shipment from a Beautiful home in Covenant Hills at Ladera Ranch it being unloaded. Today's shipment todays three trucks and two trailers full to the brim.
The home is a Tuscan Style 1.5 Million Dollar home with very desirable furnishings. Everything is in like new condition. Todays highlights include and extensive patio set by Mallin, a crakle glass formal dining set, countless decorator and framed pieces, a Bose directional speaker set, 1 large flat panel Plasma TV, iron benchs, a Tusan Style dinette table & four, a white sectional sofa, a four piece ottoman set, various iron benches, things people need. We will be opening the smalls at about 2:00pm today.
We only put a small dent in the estate move out today. We will be working on and bringing in at least 6 more trailers full next week, starting Monday and finishing Wednesday.

Lots of nice newer things from an super clean Rancho Bernardo estate arriving and being un-packed and priced today. There are no antiques or collectibles but there is plenty of "things people need" items. Great kitchen stuff, tools, 1 small flat panel TV, a super nice pair of pillow top adjustable beds, artwork, DVDs, CDs, tools, and lots more.
Tommorow will are starting a large 4000sf estate from Orange County. We will be bringing in truck loads from this estate starting late Thrusday afternoon through next Wednesday.

Hi folks,
Another estate has just come in today with boxes being opened at 2:00pm today. There should be some nice smalls to see and buy. Highlights of the furniture include a pair of 4-stack vintage Lawyer's bookcases, a great old original oil still life floral painting, two great looking atique shaving mirrors, and antique easel, a pair or newer decorator urns, a large dary cherry armoire, and some other unique vintage and contemporary furniture and decorator items.
We have schedule for Thrusday through next Tuesday or Wednesday a huge estate arrival from Orange County. The home is over 4,000 sqaure feet and full. This home has four plasma TV's, decorator times, and furnishings that are only a couple years old.
We need to make room in a hurry. If you have eyed a large piece or furniture in the and willing to make an offer and have it pick-up or delivered in a hurry please do so this Wednesday or Thrusday. We are motivated for the space!!!

We have two nice estates scheduled to come in this week at Estate Sale Warehouse starting today with 3 trailers and one truck full of some very nice antique furniture. Highlights include two early 20^th Century Spanish Revival cabinets, circa 1900 English bedroom set, and antique love seat, some small antique tables, an Austrian carved single bed, an nice reproduction armoire, and some cast aluminum garden furniture. We also have some like new high end furniture pieces which include a very unique custom 3-piece “conversation pit” sofa set like youi have never seen before, a pair of super patio lounge chairs and ottomans by Woodard, and more.

Wednesday is another estate though it is smaller.

Hi Folks,

This week we have a super full schedule of estate arrivals at Estate Sale Warehouse.

Monday we brought in a great selection of fine furniture and decorator items including a fantastic rustic patio set made by Reed Bros. of California. This set is perfect for anyone with a Hacienda Style or Ranch home.

Tuesday we have lots beautiful antique furniture pieces coming in between 11am and 12 noon. Highlights include a 19^th Century Bedroom set that the owner says was purchased from the Kellogg estate in Michigan, a very Hollywood vintage sofa with an Egyptian Revival flair, a circa 1900 French draw leaf table with 8 caned French chairs, a nice10 by 15 Oriental rug (not Chinese), a large antique curved glass curio cabinet, and many small antique furniture pieces like chairs and tables, etc.

Thursday is yet another estate. This one has a very stylish hand wrought iron patio set made by Woodard with a floral pattern, a Thomasville French Style armoire, a McGuire rattan table and two, and many more unique pieces.

We have had a steady flow of estates for the past two weeks @ Estate Sale Warehouse with pick-ups everyday and we already have next week booked everyday but Monday. Highlights now in the store include some clean 1960's Walnut bedroom furniture, a large oak curio with glass on the sides and mirrored back (perfect for a mall space or home display), a like new 3 piece sofa set from H. Johnson, a near new King Size Posturpedic memory foam mattress, several Asian sytle furniture pieces, and lots more.
Today, Thrusday the 27th, we will be unpacking the better boxes of small in the front room starting at 1:00pm.
