Saturday, July 14th Estate Sale Warehouse will be conducting it's inaugural Live NO/RESERVE auction at the Sea Hive back lot.
Consignments are being accepted up until 10am the day of they event. Maximum of 300 lots so inquire early if you want to consign.
Consignment rate is just 20%
Buyers premium just 13%
We are anticipating 250-300 lots in addition to nearly 100 box lots!
Highlights include mid-century modern, antiques, artwork, vintage lighting, a 1970's BMW motorcycle, a never worn authentic Louis Vuitton Mountsouris backpack, jewelry, pottery, and lots more. Unique items are being added daily.
