New estate from Rancho Santa Fe arriving Monday & Tuesday @ Estate Sale Warehouse...............

Monday the 30^th of November and Tuesday December 1^st we will be bringing in a larger fresh estate from Rancho Santa Fe.

 

This was a vacation home for a couple and furniture has seen very little use. Highlights include a plasma TV, Ligne Roset sofa and chairs, a Ligne  Roset Dining room table and 8 chairs, some quality area rugs, a leather sofa and loveseat and ottoman, a rustic dining room set with 8 chairs, some very nice Ethan Allen and Drexel upholstered chairs, a king, queen, single bed sets, a Bose CD player, large wine refrigerators, some great iron patio sets, and nice selection of quality smaller items.

Unique items coming in @ Estate Sale Warehouse..............

Next week is Thanksgiving week but we still have a busy schedule with a nice estate coming in on Monday. Boxes might be unpacked on Monday after 2:00pm and for sure on Tuesday near noon.

Highlights include a fantastic vintage pre-ban 3/4 length Leopard Skin coat with Mink collar and cuffs, a 4 carat diamond ring with the center stone being over 3 carats and radiant cut (by appointment only). The replacement appraised value in 1994 was $27,622. Estate Sale Warehouse price is just $12,000 plus tax. Also coming soon is a 1968 Mercedes 280SL Roadster with both hard and soft tops. It is a super straight original California car with original mileage.

Furniture highlights include a huge antique leaded-glass architectural element that has been converted to a head board, a high quality Spanish Revival Style dining room set, a couple Mid-Century iron wall scupltures, and of course more.............

Check out the store this weekend too. We had a nice load of Ethan Allen furniture, artwork, smalls and some antique pieces arrive yesterday, Friday.

New estate coming in today @ Estate Sale Warehouse

We a have a larger size estate coming today from Solana Beach. We hope to arrive and by unloading at the store today by 2pm today with some boxes opened up today. Very nice smalls, antique furniture, fine quality custom furniture, iron patio furniture, artwork, a 19^th century pine cabinet, antique bridal chests, and top quality kitchen items.

 

Tomorrow I should be un-packing boxes nearly all day starting at about 11:00am.

Christmas @ Estate Sale Warehouse

The long awaited Christmas Event starts tomorrow at Estate Sale Warehouse. A team of elves will be setting up after hours today and tomorrow our south building will be a Winter Wonderland with all of the Christmas items, decorations, china, linens, and lighting we have collected all year long from estates. We have shelves and shelves of unique Christmas items including Dept. 56, modern and vintage decorations and even an artificial 12 foot light tree. Once it is gone it is gone so shop early.

 

We also have another estate arriving tomorrow after noon. Nice smalls and high quality furniture. The furniture highlights include a super patio set made by Mallin that includes a table and 6 chairs, two chaise lounges and side table, a Weber BBQ, a Tempurpedic foam King Size mattress, a complete custom home office set with large bookcases, leather recliners, French Provincial bedroom set, armories, and more.

Double the Antiques @ Estate Sale Warehouse

A last minute arrival today from a fine Point Loma estate. The estate was an old money prominent San Diego family. There are many nice Victorian era marble antique pieces, tall sect bookcase, sterling silver, fine china art work, old photos, and more.

This is in separate from the estate we are bringing in tomorrow which is also full of antique pieces.

Just arrived and more coming @ Estate Sale Warehouse

The Fairbanks Ranch estate is at the store and on the floor. Now that I have seen it I can provide you with more details. Attached are a couple of photos. All of the furniture is high end as to be expected. The dining room set is Asian Style and includes a table and 8 with matching china cabinet. Most of the other furnishings are French style. There is a high end down filled off-white sofa, armoire in light wood, solid cherry tea cart and side server., and lots of other great pieces.

 

The gentleman was a clothes hound. There is over 50 feet of men’s clothing. The selection includes the finest quality suits, sports coats, and ties from Brooks Brothers along with many custom Italian suits. High end men’s and women’s shoes from Ferragamo, Bally, and others. The gentleman’s hat collection is the best I have ever seen, most from Brooks Brothers. The suits I have seen appear to be 40 reg. though there may be other sizes. There is also a nice selection of ladies clothes.

 

I do not have the clothing out yet but if you have read this Blog and would like a first look just ask we will be glad to let you shop before they make it to the floor.

 

Last thing, more coming in tomorrow with lots of antiques around noon on Thursday. It is our goal to have the Christmas items out next week. Stay tuned and come on in.

Fairbanks Ranch Estates coming in @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Monday afternoon we will be bringing in a very nice Fairbanks Ranch estate. The style of most of the furnishing is French and top quality. It should be a good one.

Also, when you shop the store don’t forget to shop the whole store. Last week one happy customer found the signed Gustav Stickley arm chair tucked away in the back at a bargain price $125.00.  

 

We have estate arrivals scheduled all week with a very nice selection of antiques from La Jolla coming in on Thursday, an ultra modern 70’s style sofa on Friday, possibly a nice load on Wednesday, and just good stuff all week.
