Big Day Saturday @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
We have a big day planned this Saturday at Estate Sale Warehouse.
First, at 10 AM we will be selling the 1984 Harley-Davidson Sportster. Starting price 2300 but we expect to sell it at above or below the asking price. Who knows. Make an offer.
Second, we will also be showing and selling the 2006 Mercury Montego with only 36,000 original miles. There was a mistake in our previous email. The asking price is only $8500 not $9500.
And last, our big mid century modern auction will begin at 12 noon. We have over 120 lots that will be sold with out reserve to the high bidder. Preview and registration starts at 9 AM.

Estate Sale Warehouse presents this super clean 35,600 original mile Mercury Montego Premier Edition with leather, full power, sunroof, backup sensors black interior. Owned and driven by a little old lady from San Marcos. Excellent condition. Just serviced at North County Ford with a written inspection. A very nice nice car by any standard. It will arrive Wednesday at 2:00pm and will be priced at $9500 obo

1984 Harley Davidson Sportster XLH1000 Ironhead

Hi folks,
With today's estate came a clean 1984 Harley-Davidson sportster XLH 1000 Ironhead. We will be selling this bike at 10 AM this coming Saturday. The bike is currently not running and is being offered as-is with a boatload of extra parts. This is a nice clean low mileage bike that would make a great project for someone.
Starting price is $2300 but it will be sold. The bike could sell for more, less or at the asking price. Again, the bike will be offered for sale at 10 AM on Saturday the 19th of July. You can inspect it at any time prior to the sale.

This auction features select Mid-Century Modern items from some of the estates we have purchased over the past fews. Hi folks,
Today we will be bringing in the remainder of the Encinitas Ranch estate. Highlights include more fine furniture, a Sliegh grandfather clock, corner cabinet, a Young Chang grand piano in burgundy lacquer finish, at least three large poster beds, a five foot tall bronze, marble Chinese bust, a Bose surround system, fine china, and more.
Our incredible crew moved quickly this morning so arrival, pricing, impromptu auction, and tabletop auction starts at 12:30 PM today.

1st Phase Encinitas Ranch Estate Today @ ESW

Our entire front room has been cleared to make room for the first phase of the incoming Encinitas Ranch estate. It starts sharply at 1:30 PM today with pricing, box opening, and tabletop auction.
Today's highlights include decorative items, patio, some of the fine furniture, plants, nice smalls, and top quality "things people need" items.

This Coming Week @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,

In addition to others, we have one real nice estate coming in this coming week to Estate Sale Warehouse. 

It is coming in from Encinitas Ranch and the home totals over 5000 ft.². Everything is top notch including heirloom quality reproduction antique furniture made by Henkel Harris, Baker, Drexel, and more. If you're familiar with Henkel Harris,  I need not say anymore. It is considered by many to be the finest American made reproduction furniture. 

Here is this weeks schedule:

Monday: Mostly smalls, decorative items, artwork, patio & plants, top quality kitchen, and "things people need" all coming from this Encinitas estate. It all starts at 1:30pm. 

Tuesday: We have a near new contemporary  complete bedroom set, an incredible early 19th century carved china cabinet, and a large signed RC Gorman  limited edition litho among other things. Starts at 1:30 PM. 

Wednesday and Thursday: Both of these days we will be bringing in loads and loads of top quality furniture from the Encinitas estate. Wednesday will start at 2:30 PM Thursday to be announced. 

Friday remains to be seen.
