Annual Linda & Tracy Appreciation Week @ ESW

Hi folks,
This weeks estate arrival news is way down below but first a shameless plug for two special ladies.

Each year Rick and I show our appreciation for the finest sales staff in the resale business, Linda and Tracy. We ask them: "What can we do the make your day? No, make your year!!" So this year we are sending Tracy to Kuaui and helping Linda with her new bathroom remodel.
Once a year we also allow them to put out a "Starbucks type" tip jar to help make their year even more special.
Please, no pressure but if you would like to say thank you in the color of green or silver here is your chance.

Mid-Century Modern WEDNESDAY @ ESW

Hi folks,
We have a couple of back to back estates with some nice mid century modern furniture coming into Estate Sale Warehouse. Nice pieces like Herman Miller, Paul McCobb and more. Highlights include a Danish made walnut stainless steel low living room set from the 1960s, a long low custom teak stereo cabinet, Herman Miller chairs, a Paul McCobb tall back Windsor chair, artwork and more.
We will post additional photos tomorrow.
Pricing and impromptu auction start at 1:30 PM this coming Wednesday. Phone bids or proxy bids are also welcome.

We have a nice estate coming in from Vista today to Estate Sale Warehouse. A nice selection of smalls, decorative items, 8 to 12 pieces of Roseville pottery, carnival glass, a collection of later Icart prints, sculpture, patio, good vintage items, collectibles and more.

Sorry no pictures, but you won't be disappointed. We have a tabletop auction and box opening today at 2:30 pm with some nice items from Point Loma. The owners have been in the same home since the early sixties. Mostly smalls with some art and Asian items too!

Nice Hip Hollywood Area Estate Coming in to ESW

Hi folks,

 We are up in Hollywood today picking up a nice little estate. This is the first of three emails we will send out today. We are working at two locations and will highlight you pictures from both.  With the third email, around 12 noon today, we will be letting you know if we have enough time to make it back to the store for unloading, pricing, and table top auction. 

Highlights include fine decorator furniture, unique accessories, artwork, vintage lighting, a collection of Assouline coffee tables books,  100's and 100's of yards of fine silk and upholstery fabric, and more......stay tuned.
