Laguna Beach estate @ ESW Monday & Tuesday

We finally have the go-ahead from the trustee of a Laguna Beach estate to start liquidating it.
Boxes tomorrow starting at 1 PM Monday, October 1st. Highlights include lots of great vintage pieces including pottery, glass, unique things, Asian items, and more.

Hi Folks,

We have another nice estate coming in today from Ocean Hills to Estate Sale Warehouse today. I have not seen this estate but according to Rick there is a real good selection smalls including silver, jewelry, compacts, vanity items, vintage furniture.

Boxes will be opened starting at 1:30pm today. I have not seen any of the smalls so it will be a surprise to all of us.

We have an absolutely stunning dining room table and eight chairs made by Henredon coming in today to Estate Sale Warehouse. Original retail was $14,999. (Original sales receipt included.)

We are bringing in a nice little estate out of Rancho Bernardo today. The highlight is the 2008 Mazda3 Hatchback 4-door with 16,900 miles on it. It will be priced at $14,500 or best offer starting at 2:30 today. Test drives and inspections are available starting at 1 PM today.

It is  a sporty 2008 Mazda3  four-door hatchback with only 16,000 original miles.  Always garaged and only driven by a little old lady from Rancho Bernardo. A non-smoker with no pets this car is like new.

It comes in on Friday a will be offered at 2:00pm.

Mid-Century estate today

Hi folks,

 Today we have a mid-century modern estate coming in from Escondido. Included in this email are a few photo highlights. Highlights include a Danish table any chairs, a very nice danish buffet, a large Danish coffee table, it Danish chair and ottoman, a pair Eames chairs, a Hugh Acton slat bench, a Knoll desk, a set of four Danish dining chairs, and more.

From this mid-century modern estate there are only afew selection of smalls, but we will be working on the smalls from the Encinitas to stay today starting at 2:30 PM.

This Week @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,

We have three separate estates planned to arrive at Estate Sale Warehouse this week. 

They are coming in from Encinitas, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo. 

Monday Wednesday and Thursday we will be focusing on a very large estate from Encinitas.  This large home is a complete estate with nice items including Hummel, Lladro, contemporary American Indian, packed full curio cabinets, a signed Salvador Dali litho, and lots and lots of collectibles.

Tuesday we have an estate coming in from Escondido that has some good mid-century modern including a pair of Charles Eames chairs, a Hugh Acton slat bench, as well as several top-quality Danish made teak furniture pieces. 

Friday we have a clean little estate coming in from Rancho Bernardo that includes some top quality Ethan Allen furniture, the grandfather clock, and a 2008 Mazda3 four-door hatchback with only 16,000 original miles.

Coming in soon we have a truly unique estate vehicle. 1936 Cadillac four-door Fleetwood convertible. This automobile has been in the same family since the 1950s.

Boxes every day this week starting around 2 PM.

Nautical Furniture & More

Hi folks,
We have a nice partial estate coming out of the Del Mar Country Club tomorrow. Highlights include some top quality solid mahogany and brass nautical themed furniture. There is a captains desk, two captains chests, a couple of stateroom mirrors, a hatrack, barometer, lamps, and more. There is also a top quality down filled sectional sofa, several hemp rugs, and some stylish furniture. We hope to be arriving at the store by 230pm and unloading directly onto the floor.

The Calm Before the Storm

Hi Folks,

Wanted to let you know the calm at Estate Sale Warehouse is near it's end and the storm is starting soon. We had a small estate with some nice decorative paintings come in today. All of these items will be priced and ready to sell tomorrow, Wednesday, at 2:30pm. Some box opening will follow.

We have purchase several estates in the past week and they are scheduled to arrive this week and the next two. There will be lots of fine furniture and good smalls so plan and coming by often.

Some of the highlights and hints include 1940's mahogany furniture and 1950's period furniture Wednesday, vintage Danish teak furniture next Tuesday including a table & 8 chairs, a buffet, a large coffee table, and a good Danish chair and ottoman.

About the attached painting. This painting has been consigned for auction by a customer. This fresh to market turn of the century oil on canvas painting is by well listed French artist FRANCOIS C. CACHOUD. His paintings have sold at auction for up to $11,000. It is being offered with out reserve. Please come by and check it out. Bidding can be done through eBay.
