2 estates Wednesday 19th at Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 20th, we have the arrival of two estates.  The first is coming out of Fallbrook and will consist of three trucks and trailers full of top quality furniture by Ethan Allen, Brown Jordan, and more including decorative items and a few smalls. In addition we will be focusing on the smalls and decorative items from a fantastic estate of South American decorative items, American Indian items, and more. Lots and lots of textiles (will be priced @ 3pm), baskets, artwork, furniture, etc.

Also today Tuesday we had a very cool estate with some midcentury danish furniture. 

Pricing starts at 1:30 PM with boxes opened soon after that.

4 Estates this Week @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,

This is the last full week before Christmas and we have four estates scheduled to arrive this week at Estate Sale Warehouse. 

Starting Monday, we have an estate coming in from 4S Ranch. Highlights include a near new Thomasville leather sofa, other Thomasville furniture, a beer tap refrigerator, lots of large paintings and mirrors, and more.

Boxes will be opened Monday  starting at 2 PM.

The rest of the week includes three estates from Fallbrook, Rancho Bernardo and Escondido. 

We plan on opening boxes every day at 2 PM this week

And we will email you with specific highlights throughout the week.

Just a reminder, we will be closing at 3 PM on December 24 and we will reopen January 2nd.

More Estates This Week & Boxes Too!!!

We managed to get the entire Carmel Valley estate into the store today. All of the furniture is out on the floor and priced to sell. (More pictures below).
We have estates scheduled for arrival Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. And boxes will be at 2 PM daily. (Not at 12 noon tomorrow as previously stated)

Fine Carmel Valley Estate @ Estate Sale Warehouse

We wanted to give you a heads up about a fantastic Carmel Valley estate we have coming in next week to Estate Sale Warehouse. 

The original owner lived and collected in San Francisco. Everything is of the highest quality and in pristine condition.  Highlights include a huge American made antique dining table and 12 chairs made by Tobey furniture company (purchase price was 20k), fine Victorian period furniture including chairs, buffet, side table, rocker, sofas, pedestal table and more, a signed artist proof Wylan bronze "family table"@ with the original purchase price of $27,000, a large Wylan artists proof bronze Orca, a huge bronze eagle titled "Wind Walker" by Kitty Cantrell (original purchase price was 20k), a large fine bronze hawk by artist Mike Fields titled "Sovereign Skies" (current retail is $18k), a pair of antique bowed front curio cabinets that looked to be the quality of Horner, a pair of large  Contemporary lighted curio cabinets by Thomasville, a quality leather sofa with hand tacking, antique mirrors candlesticks, a unique rowboat coffee table, artwork, and more, more, more.

Because of the size, this estate will take two full days to transport to Estate Sale Warehouse. 

We will be bringing the estate over to the store starting at about 1:30pm on Monday December 10th and continuing through Tuesday.

Costume Jewelry & More Today @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
Today are continuing to bring in more estates to Estate Sale Warehouse. Today, at 2 PM on the front tables, will have a small selection of costume jewelry and a little bit of fine. Several nice old cameos, some signed vintage Mexican silver, lots vintage of Christmas pins and more.
Following that we should be doing some boxes in the front room. In addition we have another estate coming in from Encinitas.

Coronado Estate Wednesday @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
Wednesday, December 5th, we have a nice Coronado Island estate coming into Estate Sale Warehouse. It's worth jumping up for.
Highlights include antiques, artsy things, decorative items, primitives, painted furniture, antique trunks, fine furniture, and more.
We will be opening boxes in the front room starting at 2 PM. We plan on opening boxes this week Wednesday Thursday and Friday all starting at 2pm.
We've had pick-ups this week every day and are scheduled throughout the week this week every day.
Next week we have a very fine estate from Carmel Valley with some high-end bronzes, fine Victorian antiques, several curio cabinets, an antique table and 12 chairs, a couple of large Wyland bronzes, and more. More to follow.

Special pieces include a dining table and 8 chairs with matching china cabinet made by Karges, a spectular Hollywood Regency vitrine made by Mastercraft, an Italian made modern bedroom set, a king size Sleigh Bed made by Maitland Smith, a couple of Country French dining sets, a large wardrobe made by Henredon, lots of good antique and vintage pieces, a Cheetah print 1970's sofa and ottoman set, a room full (of backyard I should say) of quality patio furniture made by Mallin, and lots more.
Next week we have couple of estates from Rancho Bernardo and one from Coronado.

Smalls will be the best on Wednesday and Thursday.

Today Estate Arrival from Rancho Bernardo

Hi folks,

Today's estate arrival is coming out of Rancho Bernardo. It's a smaller size estate with highlights that include a pair of top quality vintage Danish made bookcase cabinets,  a midcentury coffee table,  a pair of retro nightstands, a flat-panel TV,  a 1930s Art Deco vanity and mirror, a pair of 1950s figural lamps, and some functional furniture. 

Not much in the way of good quality smalls. Just some functional items and the boxes are not much to speak about. Tuesday will be a better day for boxes and Wednesday should be very good for smalls.

We should have everything out on the floor by 1:30 PM today.

Fresh Estate Arrivals now through Dec 11th @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
Just a heads up, wanted to let you know we have several estates scheduled for arrival through December 11th. We will try to post photo previews when time allows. This week we have four estates scheduled coming in from Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Bernardo, Carlsbad, and Encinitas. Highlights include some midcentury danish furniture, contemporary electronics, fine furniture by Karges, nice smalls, and more.
Next week we have the states coming in from Coronado, Rancho Bernardo, and Rancho Bernardo.
The week of December 10th we have an exceptional estate coming in from Carmel Valley. Highlights in this one includes some spectacular Victorian furniture, bronzes by Wyland, a huge bronze eagle and hawk, and a polychrome bronze Wyland table.

We have some nice fine estate items coming in from Rancho Bernardo & Carlsbad today to Estate Sale Warehouse. Highlights include Sterling silver Hollow Ware, a sterling silver flatware service in the Royal Danish pattern, bonds, a ladies Rolex watch a few pocket-watches, Wedgwood China in the strawberry pattern, furniture, and more.
We are getting an early start today with boxes starting at 12 PM sharp.
We hope to wrap things up by 3 PM today so Linda and Tracy can go home early and Bridget can surf.

Newport Beach Estate + Fine & Costume Jewelry @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Tuesday, November 19 we Have a very nice estate coming in from Newport Beach with some great looking furniture. In addition we will be putting out fine and costume jewelry. All 14k gold items will be priced at weight value with no mark-up regardless of the manufacturer. There are a couple Tiffany and Co items, vintage Mexican silver, vintage costume, Sterling Silver flatware in serving pieces.

Hi Folks,

Tuesday the 13th, we have a very nice older estate coming in from Rancho Santa Fe to Estate Sale Warehouse.

The owners had lived in the home over 40 years and highlights include French furniture, over 20 pieces of vintage iron patio furniture, a massive Country French dining table and 12 chairs, an armoire full outstanding silverplate, fine china, artwork, antiques, collectibles, many smaller stylish furniture pieces, and more.

We hope to arrive at the store by 1:30 with flooring pricing and box opening around 2:00pm.

We also have estate arrival planned each day this week including a super modern estate with a few mid-century items coming in from Hillcrest. (Most likely Friday, but could see an early arrival Wednesday). Stay tuned.
