We just brought in a very nice high end estate and it is out on the floor and in our #4 building. Highlights include several paintings by local artist Rod Knutson, fine custom leather furniture, a set of 3 Hancock & Moore Jockey Club barstools, huge down filled custom sofa, two 19th Century grand pianos, an Aubusson rug, a 12 by 18 handmade 300 line rug, a pair of leather Chesterfield wing chairs, and lots more.

Thursday arrivals @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
We have to truck and trailer is full of furniture coming in from two separate estates today at Estate Sale Warehouse. Highlights include a late 19th century Victorian. Baby grand piano, thank you 40s Duncan Fife mahogany dining room furniture, a large formal dining room set with matching buffet, and more. Sorry there will be no box opening today as we are concentrating on inspecting the estates and bidding in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Fine Estate From the O.C. Today @ ESW

Hi Folks,

Today we are bringing in a nice high end estate from Irvine. Walking into this home I felt like I was on the set of Orange County Housewives. I'm not admitting I watch the show but the furnishings look like it would have come out of Vicky's house not Gretchen or Tamera's. 

There is a huge selection Brown Jordan and Tropitone patio furniture, a massive round dining table and 8 chairs made by Drexel, a 50 inch Sony flat-panel Wega, several decorative cabinets, a country farmhouse buffet made of reclaimed wood, a down filled sectional sofa, a country French settee, decorative items and more. 

We hope to be arriving at the store and unloading about 1230 with boxes starting at 1:30 PM today.

No Table Top Auctions Today

Hi Folks,
Just a heads up to our loyal box opening fans.
There will be no box opening/5table top auctions in the front room today.
We do however have some great items on the floor form the 5 estates we picked up this week from Poway, Mira Mesa, Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Ocean Hills.
We have 3 estates scheduled next week coming in from Rancho Bernardo, Vista Valley country club, and Irvine.
We plan on doing box opening and tabletop auctions in the front room Monday through Friday next week starting between 1:30pm and 2:30 PM daily.

Fine Solana Beach Estate arrives today at ESW

Hi folks,
We have a very nice high-end estate coming in from Solana Beach today. Highlights include fine quality furniture, original art work, a large 19th-century painting by Charles Node, original large paintings by local artist Rod Knutson, very unique decorator items, quality items from the garage to the kitchen, and more.
We hope to arrive at the store by 1 PM today with boxes opening starting between 1-2 PM.

Old Money Newport Beach Estate Arrives Today @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi Folks,

We have a great old money estate coming in from Newport Beach today, Friday, at Estate Sale Warehouse.

Pricing and selling of the antiques and larger items starts at 12:00 noon today with boxes opened between 1:30pm and 2:00pm today. Initial pricing of the large items will work the on the same impromptu auction style as our box opening does. After that it will all be priced as marked.  

The owners were Aristocrats whose hobbies were horses and collecting. Highlights include fine old antique furniture, sterling candlesticks and candelabras, bronzes, original artworks, old horse prints, old steins, Asian items, and lots more.

Wanted to let you all know we have had estate after estate arriving at Estate Sale Warehouse for the past five days and we have the estates booked solid through 27th of June.
The past couple of days we have brought in several nice into pieces as well as top-quality furniture. Tuesday we have a nice estate coming in from Ocean Hills. Highlights include a solid rosewood dining room suite, a decorative iron table and four, mid century bedroom furniture, and more.

We have a very good leak San Marco's estate coming in today Estate Sale Warehouse. Highlights include some very nice old family antiques, a large 19 century antique armoire, a beautiful Sheraton style antique dining room suite with superb corner cabinet, paintings, tapestry, a nice collection of antique rugs, very good decorator items, French and Italian style vintage furniture, and more.
