18 year Rancho Santa Fe storage opening today @ ESW

Hi folks,

Today we have the contents of an 18 year storage from Rancho Santa Fe coming into Estate Sale Warehouse today. 

The wealthy owner packed the contents of his home into storage 18 years ago and left for the East Coast. Subsequently he passed away and his family came out to liquidate the storage.

The boxes have not been opened in 18 years and will see the light of day for the first time at Estate Sale Warehouse starting at 1 PM today. 

What we have been able to see and highlights include and Arts and Crafts period settee, Milo Baughman design for John Stuart rosewood and chrome dresser and two night stands, Waterford, baccarat, silver, handmade Copper, Mexican arts, lots of artwork, Asian nesting tables, 1930s bed set, a Yamaha black lacquer baby grand piano model GH1, Antique clocks, cuckoo clocks,  signed Salvador Dali Artist Proof, antiques, and more. 

Pricing and box opening starts at 1 PM today.

Full Week of San Diego Area Estate Liquidation @ ESW

Hi folks,

This coming week we have a very busy schedule of estate arrivals at Estate Sale Warehouse.

We have estates coming in this week from La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, and Rancho Bernardo.  Our arrivals are scheduled for 1:00pm-1:30 PM daily with box opening starting at 2 PM daily. 

We should have some nice, interesting, unique, quality, and items every single day. Including artwork, antiques, collectibles, fine furniture, and more.

Fresh La Jolla Estate Arrives Today @ ESW

Hi folks,

We have a nice estate coming in from La Jolla today.  The 90-year-old lady has decided to move in with her boyfriend, so she decided to sell contents of her home. 

Highlights include fine furniture by Baker, Henredon, and Thomasville, artwork,  antiques, unique decorative items, porcelain, Asian items,  and more. 

 We hope to arrive at the store by 2 PM today with unloading boxes starting soon after that.

Costume Jewelry & Estates All Week @ ESW

Hi folks,
We have had fresh estates arriving all week this week at Estates Sale Warehouse. We have had furniture ranging from mid century modern & Hollywood Regency to top quality used furniture. We also have another estate arriving tomorrow, Friday, as well. If you have not been in this week I'd recommend you stop by this weekend.
Tomorrow Friday at 1:30 PM we will be unpacking and pricing on costume jewelry.

Mid-Century La Jolla Estate Coming in Today to Estate Sale Warehouse

 Hi folks,

We have a nice estate with some good Mid-Century modern furniture coming in from La Jolla today.

Highlights include Thayer Coggin semi circle sectional sofa, a fine danish modern rosewood dining table, a Danish rosewood buffet top, a cool danish modern rosewood sliding bar,  a  Platner coffee table 2 end tables,  a unique Danish Modern teak & steel chair, misc.  mid-century decretive items, several large pieces of vintage Gainey Pottery, Asian items,  and more. 

We should have it all in the store by 1:30pm with pricing starting at 2:00. All items will be subject to our impromptu auction policy.
