Today we have the contents of an 18 year storage from Rancho Santa Fe coming into Estate Sale Warehouse today.
The wealthy owner packed the contents of his home into storage 18 years ago and left for the East Coast. Subsequently he passed away and his family came out to liquidate the storage.
The boxes have not been opened in 18 years and will see the light of day for the first time at Estate Sale Warehouse starting at 1 PM today.
What we have been able to see and highlights include and Arts and Crafts period settee, Milo Baughman design for John Stuart rosewood and chrome dresser and two night stands, Waterford, baccarat, silver, handmade Copper, Mexican arts, lots of artwork, Asian nesting tables, 1930s bed set, a Yamaha black lacquer baby grand piano model GH1, Antique clocks, cuckoo clocks, signed Salvador Dali Artist Proof, antiques, and more.
Pricing and box opening starts at 1 PM today.
