Fresh Estate w/Box Opening All Day @ Estate Sale Warehouse

We packed up a huge estate yesterday in to macula. This two bedroom two bath condo took five men seven hours to pack up. A huge collection of designer clothing, shoes, handbags, find quality furniture by Kindel, a large vintage cut crystal chandelier, a ton of Portmeirion Botanical Garden China, costume jewelry, and lots lots more.
We are pricing starting at opening. Better boxes will start at noon. Costume jewelry will be beginning at 2 PM.

This 2010 Ford Edge SEL has just come in from a San Diego estate. It is loaded with leather, premium sound, two sunroofs, back up sensors, and more. It has been meticulously maintained, always garaged, and has just under 73,000 original miles, and is in beautiful like new condition.

Great Week Of Nice Estates This Coming Week @ Estate Sale Warehouse

We have a very busy week planned for this coming week at Estate Sale Warehouse. Monday and Tuesday we have a very large estate coming in from Coronado Island. It includes nearly the entire house full of top-quality professionally decorated furnishings, artwork, decorative items, patio, and more. Highlights include leather club chairs, a hand-painted Italian tile top dining table and 10 chairs, Ethan Allen, and more.
Thursday we have a downtown corporate apartment that has also been professionally decorated through Crate and Barrel, as shown in the photos below. These furnishings are contemporary and in perfect condition. Highlights from the assisting include a pair of leather chairs, perfect sleep number queen beds, and very desirable furniture.
Wednesday we will have a tabletop auction featuring a large collection of vintage costume jewelry. We plan on having a tabletop auction each day this week.

Open January 2nd @ 10:00am

We are back in full swing starting Saturday, January 2 at 10 AM. During the break we did bring in some great patio furniture that's currently on the floor. We will be putting new things out over the weekend and also, this weekend, we will be aggressively marking down items up to 50% off to make room for several estates planned over the next two weeks.
This coming week we have estates coming in from San Carlos and La Jolla. Then the following week we have a very nice and large estate coming in from Coronado Island.
