Merry Christmas folks,
Thank you for a wonderful year. As most of you know we are typically close Christmas through New Year's. This is to show appreciation to our outstanding employees.
However, you might say the lunatics have taken over the asylum. Rick will be opening the store tomorrow from 11 to 5 PM. We are going to take it on a day by day basis and will be posting store hours for the gap between Christmas and New Year's daily.
We are aggressively looking to sell inventory to make room for several states we have planned the first part of January.

"Suite Apartment Above the Store" For Rent

Hi Folks,

We are putting this out to our customer base before we advertise to the general public. We have a "suite" little apartment above our store on S. Coast Hwy that will be available for rent January 1st. 

It is a nice sized 1200 square feet 2 bedroom 2 bath, plus a den and a "sand room" upstairs apartment. It has a full size laundry and kitchen. Washer, dryer and refrigerator are also included. It has secured parking for 2 cars which includes a garage. It is offered either fully furnished or with no furniture.

Monthly rent is $2000 and that includes water, trash, gas, electric, and WI-FI. 

All this and it is just a 5 minute walk to the beach.
