Here are couple photos from estate Rancho Bernardo this is coming in today and tomorrow. As you can see, she was a compulsive shopper. The photos don't even show 20% of what we are bringing in.

New estate on Wednesday.

2 New Estates this week @ ESW................

This week we have two estates scheduled to arrive at Estate Sale Warehouse. The first is from Rancho Bernardo. The owner was a complusive shopper as you can see from the photos included. Highlights include lots of great decorator items, the largest collection of garden art and decor we have ever had in 15 years, a vintage 8 piece hand wrought iron patio set made by Woodard in perfect condition, a Thomasville brown leather sofa, lots or frame decorator art, a very nice patio table and 6, many small furniture pieces and more. This estate is in today and we will be un-packing alot of it today and probably over the next two weeks so it is going to be a great time to shop.

Wednesday we have a very nice estate from Encinitas coming in on Wednesday.

Most of the boxes of smalls from these estates we be unpacked in the front room next week.

Highlights this week@ E.S.W.

We have new estate arrivals everyday this week. Yesterday we were back in Escondido clearing out the rest of the 50 year one owner home. Today we will be un-packing smalls from this home.

Some furniture highlights include a large one-owner 1950's Paul Frankl designed 6 rattan living room set. This is the sought after "Square Pretzel" arms. The 10 piece set includes two solid mahogany topped corner table. The cushions are the original inner spring type with recent tasteful upoulstrey. Purchased in 1954 and the finish is original in excellent condition. Price is $3400 for the set. There are also some other vintage rattan pieces too!! The unique 1950's capsule chairs shown are just $65.00 each.

Other items of interest include an artist bronze dolphin table. Original retail over $4800.00. Estate Sale Warehouse price just $975.00

More miniatures came in yesterday. Check out the very fine hand made country barn and house. The owner was told it was made for a movie set.

Tomorrow we have some vintage Danish Teak furniture and more boxes in the afternoon.

dana point esate update

Hi folks, here is the update to the Dana point estate: Lot's of great furniture will be arriving around 2:00 today, along with a fabulous collection of antique pedal cars, oustanding movie props, and miniature farm house. Also arriving is a set of louisville stoneware, and lot's of great decorator items! Theres a bowl of hershey kisses waiting so come on down .

Beverly Hills items coming today............

We are on our way up there now and should be back in Oceanside unloading sometime between 3-4. We will stay open late if we have too. It has to be in the store today to make room in the trailers for tomorrows estate in Dana Point. The 3-4pm arrival is an estimate. Call ahead if you do not want to wait around.

On another note, the estate yesterday has an extensive collection of doll house miniatures. We did manage to bring in two smaller doll houses outfitted with the furnishings yesterday. We still have 3 or four larger houses and collections still at the site. I have attached a couple of photos. If you are interested please let me know. I would prefer not to move these twice.

Tomorrows estate from Dana Point should prove to be good one. Once we get it to the store I will post to this Blog a list of highlighted items.

3 New Estates This Week!!!

We have three estates scheduled for pick up this week at Estate Sale Warehouse.

 

Tuesday the 9^th we have the contents of a one owner 50 year old home that includes some nice vintage smalls, a HUGE collection of miniature doll house items, trains, vintage hats, a rock collection, trunks, china, and more.

 

Wednesday we plan on picking up and bringing in the Beverly Hills estate we mentioned last week (if the weather cooperates). This estate has some great pieces including a 18^th Century French “Wag-on-the-Wall” clock by Haslouin with a modern tall case, a old Venetian polychrome and enameled Blackmore, a king size Sleigh Bed, a pair of 19^th Century Italian Neoclassical fruitwood console tables, a contemporary Chinese 6 panel screen, a pair of 19^th century gilded brass torcheres mounted as lamps,  many more fine items and a small selection of smalls.

 

Thursday we have another estate from Dana Point coming in. This is a real nice one. The family may still be taking out a few things so I will not mention any items at this time. Consider it a grab bag and a must see.

Beverly Hills estate postponed..............

Heads up everyone. We have decided to postpone the pick-up of the Beverly Hills estate due to weather concerns. We are working on a new pick-up date for next week and will let you know once it is finalized.

We have two fresh estates that came in this week and both are out on the floor. Lots of great items so come by and shop.

New Estates coming in all week......................

We have three nice estates coming in this week and boxes will be unpacked starting at 1:15pm. Lots and lots of great stuff!!!

This first estate has countless boxes of nice newer items. The owner was a complusive shopper and the hand bags, clothing, decorator items show it. Some of the highlights include a Bose Surround Sound, gardenware, decorator furniture and more. We will be un-packing this estate for several days.

Thursday we have a nice estate from La Costa with Danish Modern teak furniture and antiques and antique clocks including a better than average Grand Father Clock.

Friday we have an estate from Beverly Hills scheduled to come in. Nice antique items you would expect from Beverly Hills. This will most likely be in after 3pm Friday.
