Fresh Estate Arrivals All Week @ Estate Sale Warehouse

Hi folks,
We have some exciting estates coming in all this week at Estate Sale Warehouse.
Starting Monday has have more items coming out from the Fairbanks Ranch estate we picked up late last week as as well as an estate from Irvine Ranch. Highlights from these estates include original artwork, Ralph Lorenz furniture, a fantastic leather Roche Bobois Mail Pouch sofa, a 19th century parlor set with original tropical motif needlepoint fabric, fine decorator items, and lots more. We hope to arrive by 2 PM with boxes opened at 2:30 PM.
We also have estates coming in from Rancho Bernardo on Tuesday, another from Rancho Bernardo on Wednesday, an estate from Ocean Hills on Thursday, and finally the second half of the Fairbanks Ranch estate on Friday.

Fairbanks Ranch estate arrives today at estate sale warehouse

Hi folks,
Sorry for the late minute email. We had sent out two emails prior but they didn't seem to get delivered. We have a wonderful estate from Fairbanks Ranch coming in today Friday at Estate Sale Warehouse.
Highlights include a 19th-century music box with 31 interchangeable cylinders, original artwork, a 19th century needlepoint parlor set from Florida with a tropical needlepoint motif, several quality antique pieces, a small selection of smalls, and fine furniture.
All of the items are now currently on the floor and boxes will start at 1:30 PM today. Again sorry for the very late notice.

Fairbanks Ranch Estate, Friday @ Estate Sale Warehouse

HI Folks,

Just a quick heads up. We have the first part of a very nice estate from Fairbanks Ranch coming in tomorrow, Friday July 27^th at Estate Sale Warehouse.

Highlights include some truly unique items, including a fine antique Swiss music box with 31 interchangeable cylinders, a 19^th century needlepoint parlor set from Florida covered in original Tropical Bird motif needlepoint tapestry, original oil paintings, antiques, fine furniture, patio and more. First ½ is this Friday and 2^nd half will be coming in next Friday.

We hope to send out photos tomorrow. Boxes opening and table top auctions at 1:30pm.

Next week we have a full week with estates coming in from Irvine Ranch on Monday, Rancho Bernardo on Tuesday and Wednesday, Ocean Hills on Thursday, and the 2^nd half on Fairbanks on Friday.

Linens & More Boxes wednesday, July 18 at ESW

Hi folks,
Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 18, we Will be opening boxes from three different estates. Lots of unique items, including antique clocks, collectibles, Asian items, decorator items, antiques, and more. All of boxes will be of dealer and collector interest. We will also be liquidating a very large collection up on "un-picked" linens from the estate we were working on today. Box opening will begin at 1:30 PM the linens portion of the box opening will begin at 3:30 PM.
Remember, if you are interested in the Jens Risom mid century modern chairs and designer coffee table, we will be having that auction at 1:30 PM sharp, Wednesday.

JENS RISOM Mid-Century Modern Chairs

Hi folks,
Out of a local estate we have a pair of JENS RISOM mid century modern living room chairs along with with a unique glass and iron octagon modernist coffee table.
These items will be sold tomorrow, Wednesday, July 18 at 1:30 PM sharp via auction style. If you have an interest please be at the store prior to 1:30 PM or call 619-995-4289 prior to 1:30 PM to place a phone or absentee bid.
The starting price on each chair is $300 each.

Preview of the Hemet Estate Arriving Tuesday @ ESW

The photos above are a preview of the Hemet estate we are working on today and will be bringing into Estate Sale Warehouse at 10 AM tomorrow morning, Tuesday. This is just a very small sampling of the items to arrive. We will have all of the large items out on the floor at 10 AM opening Tuesday. We will also be focusing on a very nice estate consisting of nice quality smalls tomorrow. Boxes and tabletop auctions will start at 12 noonTuesday. Bring an appetite as we will treat you to pizza and soda.
We also are planning on box opening and tabletop auctions at 1:30 Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Scheduled Arrivals of Estates This Week @ ESW

Hi folks,
We have a great week planned with 3 quality Estates arriving this coming week at estate sale warehouse. Here is detailed schedule:
Monday we are picking up a very nice estate out of Hemet. We will be working on this all day and there will be no arrivals in the store Monday and no boxes.

We are planning tabletop auctions and box opening in the front room at 12 noon on Tuesday, 1:30pm on Wednesday, 1:30pm on Thursday. No box opening in Monday or Friday.

Each day the boxes will be well worth the trip.
Tuesday we will be unloading early in the store and hope to have all of the furniture from Hemet out and ready to view at 10 AM when we open.

The estates we have scheduled are coming from Carlsbad, Hemet, and Oceanside.

Highlights include very nice smalls, silver, linens, Asian items, top-quality furniture, artwork, antiques, collectibles, and lots more.

English Manor grounds estate today at ESW

Hi folks,
We are working hard at 9 acre English Manor is estate property today and hope to have it in the store by 1 PM today.
most of the goods include garden items, statuary, fine upholstered pieces, a massive solid mahogany sleigh bed, a double antique school horse related items, and more.
Pricing will be done promptly at 1:30 PM today. There is only a few boxes of small's not worth mentioning. They will be done at 2 PM today

Incredible Garden & Antiques arrive Friday @ ESW

Hi folks,
Pictured above is just a very small sampling of the incredible garden items and antiques that we will be bringing into Estate Sale Warehouse tomorrow, Friday, 13 July. Pictured is a solid cast iron birdbath that measures over 7 feet tall, a pair of matching cast iron urns that measure over 3 feet tall just to the rim, the antique highly carved Is massive and measures almost 12 feet tall. This is just a very small sampling I hope to be adding more pictures Friday morning. We hope to be arriving at the store by 1:30pm with pricing starting around 2:00 PM.
There should also be a good collection of decorative items and possibly smalls.

3 different estates today @ ESW

Hi folks,
We have estates coming in from three different locations today. Two from Rancho Bernardo and one from Fallbrook. Too busy packing to list all the details but I assure you it's worth the look today. We hope to arrive at the store by 1:30 PM with boxes at 2:30 PM today. Some of the highlights include some great old iron for the garden, a Henredon dining room suite, sterling silver, knickknacks, and more.

Nice selection of antiques today @ ESW

Hi folks,
We have a nice selection of antiques coming in today from estate sale warehouse. A whole truck and trailer consisting of late 19th century to 1930's antique furniture. Items include a set of four marquetry inlaid chairs, a vintage slag glass panel lamp, a tiger oak upright piano, a beautiful period arts and crafts bookcase secretary, a large Victrola upright case, a reclining arts and crafts Morris chair, and arts and crafts period ottoman, mirrors, washstands, vanities, and a reproduction Victorian living room set.
All these antique items will be on the floor and priced at 1:30 PM today. Boxes will start at 2:30 PM today and are primarily kitchen, books, and things people need.
We have estates scheduled every day this week and half way into next week as of now.
