We have the partial contents of a beautiful old Rancho Santa Fe home coming in today to Estate Sale Warehouse. There is a limited amount of smalls that will be unpacked on Monday but all of the furniture and larger decorative items will be in the store and priced today at 2:30 PM.
Highlights include an outstanding pair of downfilled Regency style sofas, an outstanding iron patio set, a pair of beautiful inlaid chests, another chest made by Baker, a large and elegant dining table and eight chairs, Rococo mirrors, a very large Chinese vessel, vintage lighting, but out standing room size Persian rug, a 1950s vintage Bozak loudspeaker, vintage and antique furniture pieces and more.
Pricing and impromptu auction start at 2:30 PM today. No tabletop auction today.

Wanted to let you know that the Sea Hive Marketplace is having their first outdoor vintage market this weekend from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday.
There will be music, great deals, unique finds, and a food truck!

The Sea Hive Marketplace is Coming Soon!
The Sea Hive Marketplace is a collaboration effort of Todd Stephenson of Estate Sale Warehouse, Brandon Vega of Atomic Bizarre and Rob Murray of Karen's consignment.
What it is:
I believe it will prove to be unique and exciting place to shop and find exceptional items. Items include antiques, mid century modern, vintage record shop, vintage clothing, costume and fine jewelry, handmade one-of-a-kind items, fine art, decorative items, surf memorabilia, lighting, and much much more We have over 80 exceptional handpicked vendors. There is a case room containing over 50 display cases packed with items of want. The inventory is vast and unique. The interior space is inviting and there's plenty of parking.
In addition to the main business, there is a large outdoor venue which will be hosting a regular vintage market, arts shows, live auctions, and more.
What it is not:
The Sea Hive Marketplace is not an extension of Estate Sale Warehouse. It is a unique entity offering something totally different. Rest assured Estate Sale Warehouse will not change in anyway. We anticipate the two will have a synergy with each other providing more customers more reasons to come shop and stay in Oceanside.

A Mind Blowing Estate Coming into Estate Sale Warehouse
We have an absolutely mind blowing estate coming into Estate Sale Warehouse. The owner was a 95-year-old collector outstanding taste. I anticipate it will take us 4 full days with seven workers just to get it to Estate Sale Warehouse. We will be putting out and processing items from this estate over the next few months.
Everything you could imagine, Antiques, Asian, original artwork, bronze, sculpture, pottery, porcelain, Crystal, lighting, rugs, fine antique furniture, and lots lots more.
Table Top Auction starts @ 1:30 Tuesday.
This combined with the recent estate we purchased from the 93-year-old antique dealer should keep us busy with daily tabletop auctions throughout the year.
