This weeks estate arrival news is way down below but first a shameless plug for two special ladies.
Each year Rick and I show our appreciation for the finest sales staff in the resale business, Linda and Tracy. We ask them: "What can we do the make your day? No, make your year!!" So this year we are sending Tracy to Kuaui and helping Linda with her new bathroom remodel.
Once a year we also allow them to put out a "Starbucks type" tip jar to help make their year even more special.
