Special Carmel Valley On-Site Estate Sale.

 

We are teaming up with Life Transitions to help liquidate a fine Carmel Valley Estate. This special sale has some very unique higher end items that don’t come to market that often.

 

All of the furniture, appliances, custom window coverings, lighting, and even some of the landscape items are available for sale including three large Canary Island Date Palm trees. Highlights include an impressive Italian made dining table and 10 chairs, a Petrov upright piano, high end audio equipment and total house surround sound, 2 very fine large Persian rugs, Italian lighting, Lalique, like new stainless steel Dacor 6 burner range,  a 72” built-in Refrigerator (36” Freezer/ 32”Refrig. Combo) custom Italian furniture both modern and traditional, 3 mature Canary Island Date Palm Trees. The client owned Gracie  Boutique  designer stores in Rancho Santa Fe and La Jolla  and there is some clothing (some with original tags attached) from  designers like  Diane Von Furstenberg,   Trina Turk, Bebe, Tracy Reese, Calleen Cordero shoes and more. The clothing in all small sizes (like 2).  There will also be lots of smalls including some signed and cased signed sports memorabilia from Tony Gwynn and Junior Seau, an Aqua Master Diamond Watch, lots of unique items both inside the home and garage.
