We have already had three days of new estate arrivals this week at Estate Sale Warehouse. The latest coming in Wednesday from Lake Elsinore.
But Thursday, we have two different estates coming in on the same day.
The first is from a beach front home that was newly furnished just two years ago and only used by the owner a half a dozen times. The furniture is high quality and contemporary. The sectional sofa is over top luxury and style and in perfect condition The painting shown in the photos is original by a Palm Springs artist.
The second is coming from Rancho Bernardo and highlights include a top quality mahogany bedroom set, nice dining, and living room furniture and good smalls.
Thursdays arrivals will begin at opening but all pricing, impromptu auction, box opening and table top auction will start at 2:00pm.
