Todd and Rick founded Estate Sale Warehouse on November 4, 1994. Estate Sale Warehouse was founded on a hand shake agreement that has lasted 20 years. The original investment was just $600 each.
The original Estate Sale Warehouse was just 1500 ft.² it now encompasses four buildings and nearly 14,000 ft.²
It's estimated Estate Sale Warehouse has physically moved more 6 million lbs of inventory over the past 20 years. That's more than 3,100 tons!!!! Most of that thanks to Rigo.
It's estimated that Linda has actually only used 8 of her 170 allocated vacation days over the past 15 years. Don't worry it's not use or loose it.
On the other hand, Tracy has used 62 of her 48 vacations day over the past four yeas has been thinking the same I was thinking everyday she has worked.
Together, both Linda and Tracy have rung the register over 281,452 times. Super Star Salesgirls!!!!
After 20 years Rick still tags items ending in 0. It's suppose to end in 5, 9, or 8 Rick!!!
After 20 years Todd still loves the business and considers himself retired while working 60 hours a week.
